It's our second time and hopefully no more fore alarm fault next time. thank you
The breakfast was good. A delicious slices of dragon fruit that I bought from the hotel. The place was good.
The fire alarm went off around 7am, come out the room and went to reception, only to find out that its a false alarm, no one come down and inform us that it was only a fault. A bit disappointed as we woke up by the very loud noise/alarm.

There's a rat that crawls along the upper wall of the cabin. It lives on the roof. Even the staff knew about this. The cabin's roof was leaking

Our stay at the Mountain Lake Resort was a total nightmare!!!
Nothing! The food sucks. The water smelled and tasted fishy that I did not drink it after the first sip. I drink only soda after that.
Everything!!! We stayed only one night. I expect a full refund of the remaing 4 nights that I paid bookings.com. The room had cockroaches. The bathroom had molds and reeked of mildew and the floors were wet when we went in the room, The door of my room would not close. They spent over an hour to fix it.

What was the highlight of Caliraya Mountain Lake Resort
It is truly where nature meets adventure, and more.
If you just want to have a quick escape, this is one of the best places to consider. We went for a weekend trip, and felt rejuvinated afterwards. The trip getting there was straightforward; zig zaggy roads leading you up and down the trail, eventually passing a small waterfall, and an amazing view of Lumot Lake. The hotel room we stayed at was quite nice, and spacious, although it was located below ground so we didn't have windows, but the sleep was pleasant and quiet. Overall the trip was nice, it's really calm and peaceful location, away from the stress of the city. It's very close to Lake Caliraya, so plenty of other sites to see in the journey. Would love to come back and stay longer, I feel like we only touched the surface of experiencing this place.
The overall experience was pretty amazing, these are just really minor things that can be improved, mostly for user experience: • Recommend to put some signage directing guests to the hotel, we got lost trying to find where it was. • For the site activities/facilities maybe can have more images or details on your brochure. We wanted to do archery, but we found out it was only for kids. • Coffee was all instant coffee, would be nice to invest in some beans, even cheap ones to have better coffee served for breakfast.
